Brent Tubbs-
Brent has lived, breathed, and ate improv comedy since joining ComedySportz Quad Cities in 1999. He is a graduate of The Second City Improv Conservatory in Los Angeles, California, where he performed with the headlining group "Cross, Ross, and Tubbs" for 2 years. He has performed improv with ComedySportz in L.A., Sacramento, and now in his home town Rock Island, Illinois with ComedySportz Quad Cities. In addition to CSZ, Brent also performs with "Wisenheimer", the longest running long form improv group in the Quad Cities. Brent is one half of the comedy duo "Tubbs and Kelly Present..." where they improvise a one act play, sometimes, based on the set of another show. Brent is also a member of the world famous theatre troupe "The Reduced Shakespeare Company". He has toured with the RSC since 2005 where he has been to such exotic locations as Holland, Belgium, and New Jersey.
Brent's writing includes a Young Adult novel entitled "TUSA". Click on the writing page to find out more. He is also a avid sketch writer, and one act play writer for young audiences.

Improv News-
Get ready Quad Cities for the revamping of Wisenheimer improv. The Wiseies are in the works of starting a brand podcast. It's going to be hilarious, and may also feature some live tapings, and special celebrity guest during our shows at The Estabishment! Check out my "up coming shows" page for a complete list of scheduled performances.
Writing News -
"Tusa" has some very exciting news in the works, but nothing that I can officially confirm as of right now. It is currently entered in a writing contest for script adaptation through a few big production companies, Lakehouse films to name one. Even if I don't win I'll hopefully get some great feed back.

Acting and Directing News-
In talks this week with a local theatre about scheduling performance dates for "The Bible: The Complete Word of God; Abridged." I will direct, and perform. This is by far one of my most favorite Reduced Shakespeare Company Shows to perform in. It has the most Laughs per minute out of all of them. (in my humble opinion.) I can't wait to bring this show to the area!
